Grasshopper Catching
What you can learn from this activity: Help develop ways to observe living things by closely looking at behavior of brasshoppers through catching grasshoppers. Also closely look at grasshopper itself and its characteristics in order to make a model of it.
When and where to do: Grassfield. Fall
Materials: Plier, Scale, Pencil, Saw, Glove, and Knife
Procedure: 1. Know types of fishing, and think about why fishes are caught. Then think about how you catch a grasshoppers. 2. Make a lure of grasshopper with close observation of its female. 3. Know ways to distinguish different types of grasshopper, and go out for catching. 4. Paint your lure. 5. Wrap-up
